Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in Lixian County, Baoding, Hebei Province, China — about 150 km southwest of Beijing. The facility is 40,000 m² with 6 weaving lines and 4 sewing/embroidery lines on-site, giving us full vertical integration from yarn to finished product.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For stock colors and standard sizes, the MOQ is 100 pieces per color — friendly for small businesses, sample programs, and test orders. For custom colors, custom logos, or custom sizes, MOQ varies by complexity — typically 500 pieces for logo printing, 1,000 pieces for custom dye lots. Contact our sales team for a specific quote.

Do you provide samples before bulk order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sample lead time is 7–10 days for most specifications. We can send samples by DHL, FedEx, or TNT with buyer paying shipping cost. Custom samples with logo or custom size usually take 10–14 days.

What is your production lead time?

Standard bulk production is 25–35 days after deposit, depending on order quantity and customization complexity. For urgent orders we can prioritize in the production schedule — discuss with sales. Shipping time depends on destination: 7–10 days to most Asian ports, 20–30 days to North America/Europe by sea, 5–7 days by air.

Do you offer OEM and ODM services?

Yes, we offer both. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) — produce to your exact specifications using your design. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) — our in-house design team creates the product from your concept, and we handle the entire production. Both options include custom logo application (woven label, embroidery, printing, or jacquard weave-in), custom GSM, custom size, custom color (Pantone matching), and custom packaging.
