By eliminating short fibers and impurities, our core products use high-quality long-staple combed cotton. This yarn gives our towels unparalleled softness and superior moisture absorption, while effectively reducing lint. Whether creating the luxurious lightness of single-ply yarn or the thickness and durability of double-ply yarn, combed cotton is our preferred material.

Microfiber material

Made from a blend of polyester and nylon in a specific ratio, this ultra-fine denier fiber has a single filament diameter that is only 1/200th the diameter of a human hair and 1/20th the diameter of traditional cotton fiber. We use advanced "petal-shaped" splitting technology to create a multi-petaled fiber cross-section, significantly improving its water absorption and cleaning capabilities.

It can instantly absorb 8-10 times its own weight in water, and hair will be semi-dry in just 3 minutes.
The continuous fibers result in virtually no shedding during use, leaving no lint on skin or surfaces.
The microfibers penetrate deep into crevices, easily absorbing dust, oil, and water stains without the need for detergents.
It is less prone to bacterial and mold growth, and under normal use, its lifespan can reach 2-3 years.
Weighing only 1/3 of a pure cotton towel of the same size, it folds up compactly, making it ideal for travel.

Yarn preparation

We purchase raw yarn (pure cotton, microfiber) that meets quality standards, and remove impurities, knots and defects from the yarn through pre-treatment processes such as winding, yarn cleaning, and twisting, thereby improving the yarn strength and uniformity. The yarn is then wound into standard cone yarns suitable for weaving equipment, providing qualified raw materials for subsequent production.

The processed warp and weft yarns are interwoven on an automated loom to create the base fabric for the towel, forming the basic structure and physical strength of the product and laying the groundwork for subsequent terry loop molding.

This is the core process that distinguishes towels from ordinary fabrics. A professional warp knitting machine is used to weave a dense, even, and strong loop structure on the base fabric, directly giving the towel its core functions of water absorption, water retention, softness, and wiping.

Using environmentally friendly dyes and high-temperature color-fixing processes, the fabric is dyed in batches, which can achieve a variety of color effects such as solid color, multi-color splicing, and gradient. Based on the specifications and dimensions of different products such as hand towels, face towels, bath towels, and beach towels, large rolls of raw fabric are precisely cut using CNC automated cutting equipment to ensure that all cut pieces are uniform in size and have neat edges, thus greatly improving production efficiency.

First, the cut pieces are sewn with overlock, binding, and washing/composition labels to reinforce the edges and prevent fraying. At the same time, digital printing, screen printing, embroidery and other processes can be carried out as needed to print brand logos, patterns or text to enhance the product's aesthetics and brand recognition.

The finished towels undergo comprehensive quality testing (covering core indicators such as appearance, size, absorbency, color fastness, and lint shedding rate) to remove substandard products. Qualified products are then folded, bagged, and boxed according to standard requirements to ultimately form finished products ready for direct shipment to customers.
